I would like to sublet my two rooms apartment in Bronshoj for two months , starting from 1st of May with possibility for extension. The rent per month is 9000kr plus deposit of 5000kr. If you pay in advance, the deposit could be reduced to 2000kr.
The apartment is close to bus 5a, Fotex, Lidl, Soaya Sushi, Pizza place. The price includes everything. No cpr registration is possible.Free laundry and parking. 20 min from Norreport.
The rooms are quiet and bright, looking to a grass field on west and green playground on east. Bedroom, living room, small kitchen and bathroom. It is fully furnished and ready to move in. Smoking and pets are not allowed.
