Looking for the sweetest roommie to sublet a room(20kvm) and the apartament (72kvm), u have access to ALL.’ Is a cool place in the third floor in a cosy naberhood , quiet, safe, green areas nice view to Hellerup, 3 minutes walking to a station: Svanemøllen ST, were is transport 24 hours daily in bus, and 10 minutes to the main station in the train. 6 minutes walking to the beach and 7 walking minutes to Fælledparkennnnnnn, u have also a privat place por ur bike 🙂 A place u can call HOME 🙂 Price is 4 000 kr all inclusive and deposit is 10,000 kr, is also internet but is apart of the price: 650 kr every third month if u like. Not possible CPR adress:-( Is only for a female person without child or pet, can imagine that u ar in between 21 and 45 non smoker. Should be good vibs between us, is a MUST 🙂 U can move soon,We can start wth three months and if works(good energy) u can stay as lonas we want . Only serious messages please have a nice Claus
