FLATMATE WANTED FOR FLATSHARE BY THE LAKES IN COPENHAGEN We have one room available that we will sublet from the 19. of March until the 1 of August 2016. Are you between 24 and 30? Do you want to live in one of the best places of CPH with a great view? Ready to share a bit of your life with nice people? So contact us before the 21th of Febuary 2016. We have a single room 22m² with plenty of build in closets available from the 19. of march in a 212m² apartment on Øster Søgade. The shared areas consist of 2 bathrooms, 1 spacious kitchen, 1 bright and large living room, and a balcony with a view to the lakes. We are 4 people: Sofie , Caroline, Christina and Thibaut (Danish & French nationalities). Sofie, Christina and Thibaut have recently graduated and in our first jobs, while Caroline is studying. We have food and cleaning arrangements and we take care of our accommodation. On the cool side, we like sharing a beer together and holding parties. The rent is 6200DKK per month for the small room (all included), and there’s 1 months prepaid rent. Please respond before the 21st of Febuary so we can have our talks as soon as possible.
