I am renting out a room in my own apartment. The room is available from March 1st 2016 and April 1st the latest. I am preferably looking for a roomie that can stay here for more than six months. The room has a nice large balcony attached to it ,that I wil also use sometimes, when my roomie is not home. Just so you know this on beforehand. I have an extra 1-pers. bed, floor lamp, shelves and curtain that you can borrow, if you need this. The rent includes everything – heating, water, electricity, internet.
