Ideally located 10 mins away from Copenhagen University CSS and 5 mins from KEA on bike, or 20 mins from Copenhagen Business School (CBS) with bike or bus 8A departing right outside the door, this newly renovated Østerbro apartment has a room available for rent! I am looking for an international exchange student, male or female, coming to Copenhagen for the spring semester 2016 starting from February 1. and 4-5 months onwards. The apartment is located on Strandboulevarden, Østerbro just North of the city center and close to several bus stops and Svanemøllen S-train station. With Fælledparken (CPH’s largest park), trendy cafés, design shops and green oases and squares just minutes away, the area is somewhat posh and at the same time completely down to earth. The room and furniture will NOT look like that on the pictures, as the room was a former kids room for my brother before I took over the apartment. I will equip and re-decorate the room with new furniture prior to your arrival. The 7 m2 room is conveniently located right by the entrance to the apartment and will come fully equipped with a bed/sofa bed (linen/sheets not incl.), a desk with a chair, a tv, drawers, a clothes rack and access to a closet. Furthermore you will be sharing the bathroom and kitchen with me. As a default, the living room is not included but can be available for use when arranged before hand. Included in the DKK4500 monthly rent is: Heating Electritcity Water Internet (Wi-Fi) Free use of washing machine and dish washer The deposit is 1 months rent to guarantee for any damage on property or furniture, and the last months rent paid in advance. I’m an easy going and openminded 3rd year bachelor student at Copenhagen Business School and as I have just returned from a semester as an exchange student in Hong Kong Fall 2015, I thought it could be nice to find an incoming exchange student who I can help get settled in my city. I expect you to respect house rules including no smoking indoor, tidying and cleaning up after yourself in your room, the bathroom and kitchen and in general keeping the noise level down. I also expect you to respect privacy but at the same time be open minded and willing to share your experiences once in a while when we are both home. Feel free to contact me if you feel you can match my expectations. I’m looking forward to hear from you!
