Hi people! I’m subletting a room in my apartment in Nordvest, in Copenhagen. I decided to go back to university after a long pause, so I took a couple of years off work to dedicate myself to the studies. Finding a roommate to share expenses sounds like a good idea at this point! The apartment is quite large, at about 84m2, and it’s located at the 7th floor – it has a nice view of the surroundings, it is very silent and has a lot of natural light. The building is located at a quiet residential area, with good access to public transportation, supermarkets, local shops, etc. The room to rent is about 11m2, with a closet and a single bed. In the apartment you will have access to a large kitchen, a spacious bathroom and a small storage room. The monthly rent will be 4500kr, including water, heating, electricity, internet and laundry.
