Room in Sydhavn for a FEMALE tenant.

Værelse på adressen Vestre Teglgade 2 i postnummer 2450 udlejes fra d. 2016-02-06. Værelset er ca. 8 m2 stort og koster 4600 kr. pr. måned at leje. Depositum for værelset udgør 12600 kr.

We are a group of 3 friends (a couple, 1 boy and 1 girl, and me ) and currently we are looking for a girl to complete our group and keep a balance in the genders. We are three engineers graduated from DTU living and working in Copenhagen. We are calm, respectful and relax in they way we live. We always keep a very clean and tidy apartment and we will hope the same from our future tenant. As none of us is a smoker, we prefer a non-smoker flatmate. We want to find somebody who will become part of our small family. We always respect the privacy, however it is nice to share a drink or a meal among all of us some times. The apartment is located in Sydhavn, 5 minutes away from Sydhavn train station by bike or 10 minutes walking. Currently the apartment is under construction and it will be delivered on February 6th 2016. This is the reason why the pictures are from the model apartment and not from the future one, in which the work is being carrying on at the moment. The apartment is 111 m2, 3 bedrooms, one living room, one dining room, kitchen and bathroom. You will be sharing the kitchen and the bathroom with the three of us. I will be in the main room, the couple will take the other room and our future tenant will have its own room. You won’t be sharing your room. The room for renting is 8.5 m2, it is unfurnished, but there is a wardrobe in the room behind the door. The rent will be 4.600 kr plus utilities (electricity plus internet). Although your room is not furnished, the rest of the apartment is furnished. That means that the kitchen is fully equipped, and the living room and dining room will be furnished as well. There will be a washing machine available as well, and you don’t have to pay extra for that one.
