Room (large)- Østerbro for rent for excellent English speaking girl (not Danish)

Værelse på adressen Østbanegade 19 i postnummer 2100 udlejes fra d. 2016-01-01. Værelset er ca. 24 m2 stort og koster 5200 kr. pr. måned at leje. Depositum for værelset udgør 5200 kr.

We are a family of 4 living on Østerbro – very close to Østerport Station – who rent out a room for the Spring period 2016 – possible longer. The room is approx. 24 m2 – fully furnished and towels, bedlinen etc. are incl. in the monthly rent. Our new tenant must accept to pay 1,200 dkk extra pr. month for board – meaning that meals are incl. Access to washing machine/drier, 1 wash pr. week is incl. We do not accept overnight stays by friends/family etc. We expect our new inhabitant to be calm, and to participate partly in our familiy dinners (if at home) and to give a hand with cooking, laying the table etc. Cleaning of the room/bath room is a must. You will share bath room with another female tenant. We prefer a girl no older than 23 years old – who are on an intern ship or exchange student in CPH. Our kids are 11 (boy) and 20 (girl) years old. As we teach our kids English this way – so you must be fluent in English – or mother tongue. Drop an email if interested.
